Preserving a Legacy.
Revive Tanki is a fan-made project that aims to preserve the game, which was once meant to be the successor of Tanki. After the official servers shutdown on January 22, 2020, the game was no longer available to play.
After the shutdown, the game was revived by a group of enthusiasts who managed to create a private server. After a long period of development, the custom server finally opened its doors on October 9, 2021. The game is now available to play for free, and the project is still being developed and improved.
The game is a client based multiplayer online game in the arcade tank simulator genre. It runs on the Unity engine. Players compete against each other, and for every tank destroyed, they receive experience points. Since the respawn is almost instantaneous, the game is very fast and dynamic.
